What makes up your day?
I work in our Service Desk which involves the daily monitoring and management of our Manage IT and Gold Class clients.

Interests outside of PCSOFT?
I like motorbike riding both road and dirt . I try to get out most weekends with one or the other. I also enjoy going to the Gym

Achievements of Late?
I am now a Labtech Certified Professional (LTCP) after completing an intense certification course and exam last month. Labtech is a great tool we utilise at PCSOFT to deliver IT service industry best practices for our clients. The team at Labtech flew over from Florida to provide this training for me.

What technology are you playing with at the moment ?
I have just upgraded to the new Apple Iphone 6s plus. Enjoying the new iOS 9 platform. The 4K video recording and retina display is great especially on the new plus model. I must admit I was abit unsure about the size of the plus model at first but after using it for the last month, I am sold.. It combines the best of both worlds with the battery life and screen size of a tablet in a format that I can still fit in my pocket.
